Plan Your Pool Party Today!
During normal pool hours, you can reserve our deck for up to 3 hours. Parties of up to 25 non-member guests are included. If you’d like to invite more, we can most likely accommodate for an additional fee, but we have to make sure we have adequate staffing.
All parties must be sponsored by a member. Guests must abide by all Pool Rules. Members are responsible to ensure that their guests understand, abide by these rules, and agree to the Release of Liability terms and conditions.
To make a Pool Party Reservation (2 step process):
Login to your Yorklyn Account
Step 1 - Reservation
Reservations / Make Reservations
Select Party Area as the Facility Group and the date desired.
Available spots will appear.
Start Time and End Time.
Select the member (only one required).
Add guests, up to 25 non-member guests (not required at time of reservation). Update this later, once you have finalized your guest count.
Book It - Reservation is finalized upon payment.
Step 2 - Payment
Payments / Make Payment
Select Pool Party Rental and complete your payment.
